UK Deliveries

For all UK deliveries we use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service unless it is preferable to use some other service. Delivery charges are £10 for all UK addresses.

Gemma de Chamarel Limited is not liable for any delays once the goods have been dispatched.

For urgent orders to any London postcode address you may use our London Same Day Courier Service. This includes full insurance cover. Please email via the contact form to arrange this.

Please note that there are some remote areas within the UK where the Royal Mail cannot guarantee next day delivery, such as Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Overseas Deliveries

International delivery is via FedEx International, unless the service is unavailable or we deem it to be unsuitable. We will email you the tracking number. Gemma de Chamarel Limited is not liable for any delays or custom issues.

The international shipping costs, £65, will be automatically added to your order.
